So Ek tha Tiger has a record-breaking opening. Although the plot of the movie is probably amazing, I'm sure we can give Katrina's gorgeous looks some credit. I must have replayed Mashallah a billion times just to look at her make-up. It's beautifully done! and so I decided to recreate the look because I knew many of you would enjoy the sultry look for the summer.
Eyes:
Katrina Kaif's eyes has smokey eyes for this part of the video. Although smokey, it's very day-wearable with muted plums and browns.
1) Prime your eyelids with a primer. This will make your shadows stay on longer and not crease. Primer I recommend : Urban Decay Primer Potion
2) Sweep a brown two shades darker than your eyelid all over your lid.
3) Take a dark purple and apply to your outer lid.
4) Next take an expresso brown (very matte and dark brown) and apply it in a v-shape on the corners of your lid.
5) Finish off with a highlight just underneath the arch of your eyebrow.
6) Apply your favorite black eyeliner to the upper and lower lash line. Make sure to smudge the top with a q-tip for that smokey effect.
7) Curl lashes and apply plenty of mascara.
Cheeks:
1) Sweep a very peachy pink blush over your cheeks, blending into your temples. I recommend the Nars Orgasm because Katrina is sporting a very flush and shimmery glow. Avoid matter blushes.
2) For extra highlight, pat some Nars orgasm liquid highlight to the highest part of your cheekbones for that shimmery glow. Anything with very fine glitter would work.
Lips:
1) Line your lips with a nude lip-pencil and top it off with a pink sheer gloss. This will hide the natural tint of your lip color and give you the pinky neutral shade Katrina has on her lips.
